Toast

At Kimura Toast Bar, we serve only Shokupan toast featuring unique and delectable house-made butters, toppings and sauces. Kayoko’s Shokupan is made with all-natural premium ingredients and has no preservatives or additives. Each loaf is hand-formed into Japanese bread pans, with the dough rolled thinly. The crust remains light with a pillowy soft, moist interior. Baked fresh daily and sliced thick for toast, Kayoko’s Shokupan is a beautiful iteration of Japan’s most beloved bread.

Bar

Along with really good Shokupan toast, we also serve really good drinks that pair perfectly with our food. We serve a full line-up of coffee and espresso drinks using beans from Proud Mary Coffee USA located in Portland, OR, and wonderful teas from Smith Tea Maker, also from Portland, Oregon. And being Japanese, we also feature Matcha tea (and Matcha Lattes) using Kyoto Uji Matcha. Oh, and we also serve a few tasty and unique brunch cocktails.
